Thats slightly simplistic. And I'm completely baffled as to how, having a smaller disc means they'll have to reduce the draw distance. Disc size and frame rate have absoloutly nothing to do with each other.

Yes the Blueray discs hold alot more data, which in theory means can include alot more content. 

But your completely ignoring the fact that the PS3 has alot less RAM then the 360. So yes, more data on the disc, but its got no where to load that data too.

And in a sandbox game enviorment where you can travel at speed, RAM is a thousand times more important then the size of the disc.

I'm not sure if its L1 L2 or L3 memory that the PS3 falls short on, since I've never really cared to look it up. But John Carmack, has stated that programming for the PS3 is far more difficult due to its memory limitations.</description>
