I don’t know what Konami and Kojima production or this undisclosed user have been smoking but doing the following has to be the only thing declared as IMPOSSIBLE in this world as we know it.

Apparently some users has already achieved this very rank. Either by photoshop or just hex editing but either it still sounds very near close to impossible if you ask anyone who has MGS4, or has ever played MG.S title.
