Well i have played Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, and now Battlefield: Bad Company, a lot of people are saying that the game sucks and this and that. But it seems that this is, the closest console only Battlefield that can be called good or as good as battlefield 2/142. Since its using a new engine you would think that gameplay is lost like BF2:MC. But no, it is actually a great game specially on the xbox 360 since there is more people to play with and get achievements. The shooting is perfect, no longer will you be snipped by a camper with 1 shot if they shoot you in the arms or legs or even the neck, so you can still have a fighting chance to get to the objective and win the round, or get in the helicopter since everyone is always fighting over it, Oh and you can actually take out a Heli with a tank or a rocketlauncher unlike BF:MC which pretty much was a 50/50 chance, tank that has 1 shot every 30 sec vs a heli that had 800 rockets that could shoot 10 every 30 sec. BTW support class is the best when you get two unlocks, your golden. Anyways try out the game its great and its the closest you’ll ever get to a PC port of BF2/142. But needless to say BF2 has so much stuff that 2142 and console version are missing that its a shame that bf2 never got ported: Selection of Boats, Heli’s, GunShips, Aircrafts, Jeeps, UAV, Emp Strikes, Own Squad, Commander, Ammo crate calling. But EA Has announced that conquest mode will be downloadable soon for free. If you’ve played BF titles its CTF until one teams tickets run out.
